Nature's Source Calcium with Vit D3 + K2 MCHA s a microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) complex which provides a mixture of minerals in natural ratios combined,

which also includes proteins and glycosaminoglycans. Four capsules of Calcium  Vit D3 + K2 provides 100% of the RDI for calcium.

MCHA is raw bone prepared by a special low temperature process to preserve the protein content. The calcium thus provided is in an extremely bioavailable form. In

addition, Calcium  Vit D3 + K2 may contain trace amounts of other beneficial minerals (such as phosphorus) that are naturally- occuring.

Calcium  Vit D3 + K2 has added boron. The body requires boron for healthy metabolism and is utilized in bone building. Some studies have shown that boron has mineral-conserving and hormone supporting actions that are helpful in women with low magnesium intake.

Vitamin D3 is added to support bone health since studies show that vitamin D mobilizes calcium and phosphorus, promotes intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphates, and increases kidney absorption of calcium of phosphorus allowing for higher blood levels of those minerals for use in bone building.

In addition, Calcium Chelate Vit D3 + K2 supplies vitamin K.

Several forms of vitamin K are used around the world as medicine

such as , vitamin K1 (phytonadione) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone).

Calcium Chelate Vit D + K provides both vitamin K1 and K2 3 2
